welcome to the NEUGART
MotorMatch utility

This user-friendly utility will assist you in "matching" your servomotor with a Neugart servo-gear-head. The utility will select / suggest the most appropriate Neugart gearbox for a chosen motor based on the motor data and basic application data.

Our Motor Data Base includes over 3300 popular servo motors. You do not need to enter the motor data (torque data, motor geometry etc.), just select the motor from our database. The utility uses layers / forms. You will activate (make current) the individual forms (Motor Data-Form, PLE-, WPLE-, PLFE-, PLN-, WPLN-, PLFN-Form) by clicking the radio buttons at the top oft he page. (The gear-head sizing / selection forms access the motor data from the Motor data -Form)

To select the right Neugart gear-head for your motor / application proceed as follows:

1- click the MOTOR DATA radio button - the motor data form appears - follow the instructions to find your motor in our database.
2- after the motor is selected (the form fields are populated with the relevant motor data) click the radio button at the Neugart gear-head you want to use with your motor -- the gear-head sizing / selection form appears-- follow the instructions, choose the selection (application) mode, gear-head ratio, inertia ratio etc... and trigger the sizing / selection button.

MM utility copies the selection data into the clipboard. You can paste the data into a word, notepad or other text document or paste it into the from (link below) for a review.
