    tasks and activities an overview

    The manufacturing of our products requires a variety of materials, resources, machines and workers. Production materials are purchased, sorted and administered, advertising is conducted for the finished products, they are sold and the sales market is secured.
     

    After a successful three-year training period, industrial clerks can be active in virtually all commercial areas. These include planning and controlling production, implementing customer orders, cost calculation, commercial calculation, bookkeeping, accounting, sales, dispatch and personnel. The requirements for the course are a high school qualification, enjoyment in dealing with people, the ability to plan and organize and a willingness to take part in team work.

    Graduate in engineer field mechanical engineering (BA)

    Together with a vocational academy, we offer A-level students the possibility of becoming trainees in engineering. The course lasts 3 years. Throughout their studies, the students are considered apprentices and receive an apprentice's pay for the whole time. The dual study consists of alternate phases at the state study academy (theoretical phase) and at Neugart (practical phase). The theoretical phase lasts for approx. 12 weeks every semester.


    The trainees have the opportunity of being taken on as a permanent employee in the company the engineering or technical sales department.

  • Course duration: 3 years
  • Course structure: eighteen months practical work in the company
